CrossFit Billings is offering an off-season strength and conditioning program for local teen athletes. We have a proven record for preparing athletes of all levels for competition, in many different sports. Our program is designed to improve power, speed, strength, muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness, and injury prevention. With an emphasis on POWER, SPEED and AGILITY. Cost of the program is $275. We run our Teens Program in sessions. (Ages 13-18)


You MUST enroll in our Teens Elements Sessions. See below. Email crossfitbillings@gmail.com and register for elements June 6th, 7th, 9th 10th @3:30pm-4:30pm.
